A busy day at Prospera Place in Kelowna where the WHL hosted a media conference to kick off the 2009-2010 season. The league officially released its regular season schedule, announced plans to expand its mobile web presence, and confirmed a total of 30 regular season games will be televised.
We spoke with Gavin Hamilton of the Kelowna Rockets about a special event during November, some fan friendly improvements to the building, and some of the day-to-day challenges as the WHL continues to expand its presence on local and national television.
