The CFL Week That Was...

Another split last week!

Saskatchewan 25 AT Montreal 34: Riders played 'em tough at McGill Stadium, but five turnovers is just too much against the deep and talented Alouettes. Both teams have a couple of weeks off now. When the Labor Day weekend arrives, both clubs will ready for home-and-home tilts. The Als get the B.C. Lions; the Riders meet the Winnipeg Blue Bombers.

Winnipeg 37 AT B.C. 10: No contest here as the Blue Bombers churned out almost 400 yards along the ground. The Lions are now 1-3 at home and have issues at the QB position. Winnipeg is feeling good about running the ball, but the passing game has virtually vanished.

Last Week: 1-1. Season: 14-16.
